1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro / Tier-2 / Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Locations / Hilly Areas: 6–10 working days
Delivery duration may vary depending on courier load, weather conditions, festivals, or unavoidable delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed on the checkout page before payment.
- Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
- Once the order is shipped, the customer receives a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- Orders can be tracked through the courier partner’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier partner will make 2–3 delivery attempts.
- If the customer is unavailable, the parcel may return to origin.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
6. Package Inspection
Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the parcel for:
- Damage claims
- Missing items
- Wrong product delivery
Without video proof, replacement/refund may not be possible.
7. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address
- If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, delivery may fail.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We only ship within India.
