1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase if the product has not been shipped.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
a. Defective or Damaged Product
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.
- A video of the parcel opening is mandatory for verification.
b. Wrong Product Delivered
- If the product delivered does not match your order, we will replace it with the correct item at no extra cost.
c. Non-delivery
- If an order is not delivered even after 14 business days, a full refund will be issued.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Used products
- Physically damaged items caused after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Solar panels / electronics damaged due to misuse, burn, water-damage, or mishandling
4. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Replacement Policy
For eligible cases, replacement will be provided instead of a refund (based on product availability).
